With influence from our family’s traditions & our personal adventures, Lodgepole melds classic flavors & techniques with fresh ingredients from our bountiful region.

Celebrating the food and beauty of the Pacific and Inland Northwest, we seek out the best quality ingredients with sustainability and locality high on our list of priorities. We constantly strive to work with individuals who are as passionate about their products as we are about our craft.

We are proud of the direct connections we’ve made with our seafood purveyors, and the ability to guarantee fresh, top-quality products brought to our community. Our “from scratch” mentality means all produce comes in without processing, proteins come in whole, and all bread is baked in house, allowing our chefs to care for every ingredient through each step of the preparation process. 

Since we began serving our community in June of 2015, we’ve built valuable relationships with both our guests and our employees. with these relationships in mind, we have developed a system in which an equal level of importance is placed from the first to the last set of hands that contributes to your meal and overall experience.
