Ideal for groups of up to 30 guests, our new lounge space is now accepting reservations! Sit back, relax, & enjoy the privacy of The Lounge with designated chefs & waitstaff alongside a tailor made menu that reflects Lodgepole’s core values of from-scratch cooking with seasonal, top quality ingredients.

For reservations of 8 or fewer guests in our main restaurant, please place reservations here.

We offer the ability to build a menu with up to 4 courses (appetizers, salad, entree, and dessert). All selected Appetizers will be set as a shareable spread across your table.

You’ll have the option of either “Individually Plated” or “Family Style” format for the rest of your meal. Individually Plated (ideal for groups of 16 or fewer): Salad, Entree, & Dessert selections must be pre-selected by your guests and submitted 7 days prior to event date. Family Style (crowd favorite): All courses will be set as a shareable spread across your table.

Lounge Policies

To secure your date, we require a deposit of $500. 100% of these funds go directly to your tab the evening of your event. We'll collect your deposit once your reservation date has been confirmed. Room Rental Rate is $50 per hour. Cancellations made up to 30 days in advance receive 50% back of initial deposit. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice forfeit full deposit. Full-Service Lounge events have a minimum of $1,500 (room rental rate, food, and beverage purchases). Please inquire for details about Partial-Service or Room-Only events. Final guest count is required no later than 7 days prior to your event. Please note, we are a Gratuity-Free restaurant, so there is no tip or service fee added to your tab. These measures help us prep, staff, and provide the best experience for you and your guests. Thank you for your support and understanding!
